From Technical Consultant to Global Commercial Leader

My journey wasn't linear. It started in the trenches of technical software and systems development, giving me a unique advantage: I understand the code behind the commercial engine. Over the last 20 years, I've evolved from building systems to building the teams that use them, and eventually leading teams that manage them both to drive revenue growth, leading Go-To-Market, Commercial Sales, and Revenue Operations for a $1bn+ organisations.

I believe that Revenue Operations is not a support function—it is a strategic growth engine for Sales.

I believe that Sales is a function funded by the business to generate growth.

My career has been defined by one mission: removing the obstacles that stop salespeople from selling.
